Dr. Zaad Mahmood is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science, Presidency University, West Bengal. He is the author of “Limits of Bargaining: Capital, Labour and the State in Contemporary India (Cambridge University Press, 2019) and “Globalization and Labour Reforms: The Politics of Interest Groups and Partisan Governments” (Oxford University Press, 2017).
